Oh gees another box

Another box. This one is a 5 sided .

One of my friends said it looks like a little ottoman. I think she is right.

It measures about 1.25 inches by 1.5 inches not including it's feet.

This pattern came from the book "Little Bead Boxes" by Julia s. Pretl

Made with Miyuki Delica beads size 11.

I sent the box to my sister in Bradenton Florida.

This is one of my favorite poses to make. Whippet in play bow.

She is 5 3/4 inches long and 3 inches high. Needle felted wool. She has black glass eyes and is lightly airbrushed. She also has a hand beaded collar and stands on her own needle felted mat.

Just one more box

Here's another hand beaded box I just finished.

I'm also getting ready to make my first little beaded tapestry of a whippet face.

It will be 2" x 2" when completed.

I also have a needle felted whippet in the works.

It's a donation piece to Whippet Rescue and Placement for the annual raffle.

Winner to be chosen at the 2009 Whippet National which is being held in Atlanta, GA this year.

I wish I could be there.

Here is a box done in burgundy, navy, hunter green lime green and just a bit of mauve.

It's the first box I've done that has a bit of a pattern to it.
It measures about 1 1/4 inches high without the feet and 1 3/8 inches wide.
