I made this quilt for my dear friend Lori.
I am honored that my friend would entrust me to make this quilt as a wedding gift.
Thank you Lori.
They were printed on cotton fabric and stitched into 11" blocks.
Creator of needle felted sculptures, beaded items and a quilt or two..Currently focusing on whippets and bunnies.

So I was commissioned to make a couple of whippet quilts. These to quilts are on their way to Phoenix, Maryland. I hope they arrive safely. Sandy the whippet's auction on Ebay is doing well, and half of the proceeds will go to Whippet Rescue and Placement(WRAP). In the mean time I have been needle felting fruits and veges. So far I have done an lemon, a yellow squash, an apple and am currently working on a strawberry...Life is good.
I've made this quilt for my friends soon to be 90 year old mother. It has pictures of the grand and great grand kids.
This Whippet named Nickelby sits a whopping 12 inches tall..What was I thinking..That's a whole lot of poking!!
And, I made this 15 inch Polar bear, He is made from Alpaca and is stuffed with polyfil and pellets.
So aside from needle felting I enjoy quilting. Well, we've been remodeling our house for the last 7 years. Thankfully we are nearing completion. Anyway, there is a spot right in the middle of the wall in the master bedroom for access to the attic. So I decided we needed a piece of art to cover the area which is 24 x 36 inches. Here is what I came up with. I took 3 pieces of 1/2 yard fabric and cut them into 6 inches squares, mixed them up and sewed them together, then added batting and backing fabric and quilted. Placed it into a 24x36 inch frame and voila! We have access cover. Hope you like it. Oh and I will also do quilt commissions.
