More quilts
Yes, I'm still needle felting. In fact, I'm finishing up a Basenji for a friend. I should have it done this week.
On the other hand I'm still working on the fabric destash. So far I have made eight quilted runners. I have donated three of them to Handmade 4 Hounds. Handmade 4 hounds is a wonderful Etsy shop that donates all of it's proceeds to a different hound charity every month.
Here's the link to Handmade 4 hounds
Below are my three lastest quilts.

Alas
I have nothing made this week. But, I do have things in progress, like, a hexagon beaded box, a black needle felted horse and two small appliqued quilts.
In the meantime here are some pics of my boys.
Nearly my two year old on the left with his best buddy Buster who is 5 years old.
Here is Nearly lying on the bed. How can you not love that sweet face. This sweet boy can do no wrong!!
The pile party consisting of Skeezix my 14 years old, bless his sweet old self. Buster in the middle and as usual Nearly on the bottom.
Thanks for looking!!

Got boxes
Sometimes you have to put down the wool and make someting different. So here is my first little beaded triangle box. It measures 1.5 inches x 1.5 inches.
Box is made from delica beads using the peyote and tubular peyote stitch and fireling 6lb test fishing line. It has 8 mm round beads for feet and a 10mm bead finial on the lid.

Oh goodness
Another week gone by and I realize I haven't posted anything. That's because everything is in various stages of completion. And, I've been trying to get some "wet felting" done. I need to practice my wet felting techniques to start on my Patricia Spark's Watercolor Felt Workbook. Patricia's book is all about doing pictorial felts using wet and dry felting methods.
