Since I've been back from the National I've been playing catch up.

I've made this quilt for my friends soon to be 90 year old mother. It has pictures of the grand and great grand kids.

This Whippet named Nickelby sits a whopping 12 inches tall..What was I thinking..That's a whole lot of poking!!

And, I made this 15 inch Polar bear, He is made from Alpaca and is stuffed with polyfil and pellets.
Thanks for looking!!

What a treasure that quilt is! And now that I've seen you "poke"? I can't IMAGINE a TWELVE INCH project. OUCH!!!
youch...
Glad to see that you are back to work!
Beautiful pieces.
Wow Vee, that quilt is amazing! I know you make smaller quilts because I've seen them and then I see the photos on this one which gives me a size perspective; it's a huge project and a giant treasure to the woman and her family :-)
The bear is so soft and fuzzy look and he must be quite big; Copy was 16" at the shoulder
Nick is a riot and just darling... I know who belongs to him, I'm sure and she will just adore him!
